Guided Meditations

Meeting your Higher Self

If you are in the market to meet you but an older and wiser version of you, this meditation may be up your alley. I recommend it for when you are looking for some of your own wisdom but can’t quite access it right now.

Cord Cutting Ceremony

If you are looking for a guided meditation to help you release unhealthy attachments in your relationships this may be helpful.

For Anxiety and Stress

Because who doesn’t need a guided meditation for less anxiety and stress. There are tons out there, this is just one that I enjoy.

5 Minute Body Scan

Body scans are a fabulous way to tend to your body throughout the day! This one is brief but effective.
